We’re expanding our technical team and looking for a talented SaaS Developer who can take fully functional, locally deployed systems and re-architect them into robust, multi-tenant SaaS applications. Job Overview

As a SaaS Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing existing codebases and designing cloud-ready architectures. You’ll plan, build, and deploy scalable, secure solutions that cater to multiple clients under a unified platform.

Key Responsabilities

• Architect & Develop
  • Review and optimize current application structures for cloud scalability.
  • Implement multi-tenant infrastructure and design patterns.
• Back-End Development (Python)
  • Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Optimize and refactor existing Python codebases for scalability and security.
• Database Management (SQL)
  • Working knowledge in relational databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Write optimized SQL queries and manage schema changes in line with evolving project requirements.
• Low-Code/No-Code Platform Integration
  • Utilize FlutterFlow (or a comparable low/no-code framework) to rapidly prototype and deploy user-facing solutions.
  • Collaborate on integrating back-end services and APIs with front-end components built on these platforms.

• Security & Compliance
  • Implement strict security protocols to protect user data.
  • Stay updated on compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to SaaS.
• Performance Optimization
  • Monitor application performance and implement enhancements.
  • Optimize databases, caching systems, and network configurations.
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, AI, Analytics, etc.).
  • Provide mentorship and share best practices with junior developers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (adequate practical experience).
• 1+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying SaaS or cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency with one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, C#).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
• Working knowledge with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of relational databases and scalable data architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) or full-stack development.
• Knowledge of machine learning pipelines or AI-driven features.
• Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
