Junior LLM Engineer
Help us build the next generation of AI-driven solutions.
Job Overview
As a Junior LLM Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing and optimizing agentic workflows that leverage large language models (LLMs) for marketing automation. Working under senior team members, you’ll help integrate, test, and refine AI-driven solutions that streamline marketing processes and deliver impactful results for our clients.
Key Responsabilities
LLM Workflows & Development
- Assist in designing end-to-end LLM-based workflows focused on marketing use cases.
- Develop and refine AI-driven agents that can autonomously handle tasks such as lead generation, customer segmentation, and content creation.
Prompt Engineering & Fine-Tuning
- Craft effective prompts for large language models to ensure accurate, contextually relevant outputs.
- Fine-tune LLMs with supervised and reinforcement learning methods to adapt to client-specific requirements and industry nuances.
Data Pipeline Integration
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless data ingestion, cleaning, and normalization for LLM training and inference.
- Maintain documentation of data flow architectures, including input processing and output delivery mechanisms.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor and evaluate model performance metrics, such as latency and accuracy.
- Propose enhancements using caching, distributed workflows, or model compression techniques.
Security & Compliance
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive marketing data within LLM-driven workflows.
- Stay updated on compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2, PCI DSS) and best practices for handling user data.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Participate in code reviews to enhance code quality and share insights on AI best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1+ years of professional or internship experience in a programming role (Python, Node.js, or a similar language).
- Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI services.
- Fundamental understanding of machine learning principles, preferably with exposure to NLP or LLM-related projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with GPT-based APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, or other LLM frameworks.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) in the context of AI workflows.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.) for automated testing and deployment.
- Understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience with prompt engineering for large language models or other generative AI solutions.
