Job Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Associate with demonstrated success in selling technology products and services to SMBs and large enterprises. In this role, you will identify potential clients, build meaningful relationships, and craft tailored solutions that meet each customer’s unique needs. You’ll serve as the face of AI Ritual to our growing client base, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions and unparalleled customer value.
Key Responsabilities

New Business Development
- Identify and engage prospective clients across SMBs and enterprise segments.
- Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and industry trends, aligning solutions accordingly.

Consultative Selling
- Present and demonstrate AI Ritual’s products and services with a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create bespoke proposals, showcasing the ROI and long-term benefits of our solutions.

Pipeline & Relationship Management
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads through all stages of the sales cycle.
- Develop ongoing relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Negotiation & Contract Closure
- Prepare quotes, negotiate deals, and close contracts that meet or exceed targets.
- Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and favorable contract terms.

Strategic Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to share client feedback, market needs, and emerging business opportunities.
- Provide input on product roadmaps and new service offerings based on client insights.

Reporting & Forecasting
- Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and revenue targets in CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 2+ years in B2B technology sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of selling technology solutions (AI, SaaS, cloud services, data analytics) to both SMBs and large enterprises.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, with experience influencing senior-level decision-makers.
- Relationship-Building: A strong network within relevant industries and the ability to nurture long-term partnerships.
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working across functional teams, including technical, marketing, and executive leadership.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for effective pipeline management and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
